Painting in Rocklin, CA
Interior, exterior and cabinet painting in Rocklin — granite country, and mostly newer housing.
Rocklin takes its name from the granite that sits under it, and the quarries that worked that granite are the reason the town exists at all. It shows up in the built environment: granite outcrops in yards, granite retaining walls and foundations, and homes that sit on rock rather than soil.
For a painter that matters in one specific way, which is masonry. Granite and the mortar around it behave nothing like wood or stucco, and a retaining wall or a foundation face that someone wants coated needs a product made for masonry and a surface that is genuinely clean and dry first. It is worth saying plainly that not every masonry surface should be painted at all — coating a wall that needs to breathe traps moisture behind the film — and that is a conversation to have on site rather than a box to tick.
Above that, Rocklin is mostly newer residential: 71,601 people across 19.81 square miles, at about 249 feet, which is the highest of the three Placer cities here. Newer stucco and fiber-cement housing is generally kind to repaint, and the work is usually about color, prep and cut lines rather than about rescuing a failing substrate.

We’re in Rancho Cordova and hired GP Sacramento for an interior repaint. Fernando painted the main living areas in a warm white and chose a low-sheen finish that helped soften the appearance of the wall texture. The living room now feels clean, calm, and refreshed.
Great price! Our rental in Citrus Heights needed a fast turnaround between leases. Curtis and Fernando came together and did it in one full day, two people, four rooms. Clean result, ready for showing the next morning.
Erik did a really nice job painting our ceiling and beams. Even though there are a lot of angles up there, everything came out clean and even, especially around the fan. He showed up on time, took his time with the details, and kept the area neat while he worked. We also added a few doors after he started, and he was totally flexible about it.
Greenback Painting worked with me when I was pretty honest that my budget was tight. I am on a fixed income and the exterior really needed doing. Curtis came out, assessed where the exterior was actually failing, and focused the scope on the sections showing peeling and weathering. That kind of prioritized approach was exactly what I needed.
